After we fit a new gas appliance for you, we will notify your Local Authority as dictated by Building Regulations. They will then send you a Building Regulations Compliance Certificate.

For Landlords

As a Landlord it is your responsibility to provide your tenants an annual Gas Safety Record. We undertake these Gas Safety inspections at competitive and we can notify you one month before the last inspection certificate expires to arrange a renewal of your Gas Safety Record, ensuring you are constantly adhering to your legal obligations.
